VINTAGE BLUES HARMONICA MICS FROM UK HARMONICA SHOP

A few years back I picked one of these old German made mics up as I had heard they made great harmonica microphones. From the off you can see this is a very well made machine. A heavy duty harp mic with a brushed steel finish it is something quite tasty to look at.

Beyerdynamic or Beyer  are well known as a quality German manufacturer.

Diatonic harmonica in hand I plugged into my tube amplifier an awaited the result.

WOOOAAAHH, I didn't expect that. Originally a tape mic form the 50's / 60's this makes a great harp mic. Inside is a very strong element, no need to turn it up to the max, it is right up there already. It is wired to high impedance to match your harp amplifier and crunches straight in with a full sound, strong bass and lively mids, throw a bit of reverb in and the sound is pure vintage class tone of the 50's era.

THIS HAS ONE OF THE STRONGEST ELEMENTS I HAVE EVER HEARD

I really like this mic, I like it so much I bought two. I'm keeping one myself and the other is up for sale.

This vintage mic will arrive with you in its original box, it has a 1/4 inch jack wired for Hi-Z (high impedance) so is ready to plug in to your harmonica amplifier and play your blues harp like a man/woman possessed.

These harp mics sound so sweet and look so good I wish I could keep them both incase I need a spare but realistically I have too many mics so this one has to go too!

Try a Hohner special 20 with this mic, coupled up with a Super Chump all valve amp and you will have yourself an unrivaled amplified harmonica set up for a price well below any modern alternatives.

Take advantage of our return policy, if you really don't like this mic return for a refund minus postage. You can't go wrong.

Take a look at the video, I think you'll agree the mic sounds pretty good. It's the 2nd mic in the video being displayed.
